Your home in the heart of the Stagnone
The structure is located in Birgi (Marsala) and is made up of three comfortable holiday homes, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, which overlook a splendid and large garden overlooking the Stagnone Reserve, with its breathtaking sunsets and the islands of Santa Maria, Schola and Mothia, from which the three apartments take their names. The apartments consist of a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds and a bathroom, as well as a large external veranda. They are equipped with modern air conditioning/heating systems, double glazed windows, WI-FI connection and fully furnished. The structure has a large garden with furniture, spacious parking, solarium, laundry and outdoor shower.
A natural oasis, powered by photovoltaic energy, for those who love to enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the islands and salt pans. Ideal for kitesurfing lovers, a stone's throw from Trapani-Birgi Airport, it allows you to easily reach the archaeological site of Mothia (both by canoe and boat) and is about 30 km from Segesta and the beautiful medieval peak of Erice.

Parking
In the structure there is a large parking adjacent to the apartments, to park your vehicle comfortably and without stress.
The Laundry
The laundry room is fully stocked and available for use. Ideal for guests staying for long periods. Outside the laundry room there is an area for washing sports equipment and an outdoor shower.
The Garden
The garden is the pearl of our structure. Here you can enjoy the peace and beauty that this land has to offer, with a splendid view of the Stagnone. Ideal for those who love being outdoors and practicing meditation.
